We had communication problems in the beginning, however, everything was remedied. I was given a time frame for Bobby to work on my refrigerator. He came prepared with parts that we ended up not needing due to a larger issue. We appreciate Bobby's transparency in letting us know that it would be best to purchase a new refrigerator instead of paying 3x the cost of the fridge to fix a faulty coil. Bobby is very personable and reliable. Billy is also very friendly. We will be utilizing this company in the future and highly recommend them.
